TYS travels to SCS

A hard-fought battle at St. Clement's after early dismissal! We had our best defensive quarter of the year, holding St. Clement's scoreless for the first 6 minutes of the game! Isla S was especially impressive on defence, forcing multiple turnovers by picking up her check right as they crossed halfcourt. Holly S proved that Albane dG isn't the only one on the team capable of chasedown blocks, and did a great job as point guard by communicating well with others and dishing out some nice assists. Maisie T-B continued her shooting streak, and Aarya and Avery ran our inbound play "Cheez-It" to near perfection. It was an all around great effort, and I was impressed with how the girls made a near comeback in the early 4th quarter, before SCS pulled away in the final couple minutes of the game. Back at it again on Tuesday for our last home game against Holy Trinity!!
