    Human Resources reviews applications in partnership with the hiring team to understand your experience and your strengths, and how you might contribute to York.
  • Initial conversation

    If you have the skills and experience we’re looking for, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you to schedule a virtual conversation. This conversation is an opportunity to learn more about your education, experience, interests, and the type of career opportunity you’re looking for.
  • Interviews

    Selected candidates will move forward to one or more in-person interviews on one of our campuses. This will help us get to know you better, and give you a clear sense of the role, the people you would work with, and the York School community.
  • Offer and final steps

    Successful candidates will receive an offer of employment. This stage in the process includes reference checks, background checks and a vulnerable sector check.
