    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    Reporting to the Director of Admission and Advancement, the Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the school’s advancement and enrolment management initiatives to advance the mission of The York School. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the team, working closely with the Associate Director, Advancement and Manager, Admission Operations to ensure key day-to-day functions are carried out smoothly. This includes responding to current and prospective parent inquiries, processing applications and donations, issuing admission offers and donation receipts and maintaining the data integrity of Admission and Advancement information across the school’s Blackbaud databases (OnSuite and Raiser’s Edge). 

    The ideal candidate will be highly organized with exceptional communication skills and the ability to respond to phone, email and in-person inquiries in a professional and polished manner.
