Customer service dates – these dates are scheduled throughout the year for parents to come to either place an order, process and exchange or return or try something on. A member of our Toronto team will be present during these dates.
There are no items for purchase or exchange on these dates (any required items will be shipped to the families’ homes). However, these dates provide parents with an opportunity to bring back any garments they want to exchange or return and not pay any shipping costs.
