    Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members (the “Notice”)
     
    Take notice that the annual general meeting (the “AGM”) of The York School (the “Corporation”) will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at The York School, 1320 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario commencing at 6:00 pm.

    The resolutions members will be asked to consider and vote on at the AGM will be:
          I.         Approval of minutes of the AGM held on October 25, 2017;
     
         II.         Appointment of Cowperthwaite Mehta as auditor of the Corporation to hold office until the next AGM;
     
        III.         Election of directors; and
     
        IV.         Ratification of all acts of the board of directors, committees and delegates of the Corporation for the                   year ended the 30th day of June 2018.
