A gleeful lot

First performance for York's Glee Club.
At the United Way assembly on Oct 18, the York Glee Club put on their first show, singing Lean on Me in front of the assembled Upper School and out guests from the United Way.

What a wonderful way to close out an assembly, and what a fitting tribute to the spirit of United Way Week!

The York School is a gender-inclusive JK to Grade 12 independent school located in the heart of Toronto. The York School was founded in 1965 and is the first English speaking school in Canada accredited to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) from junior kindergarten (JK) to university entrance.
