A great day for the 23rd Annual York Cup cross-country race.
The 23rd annual York Cup was a great success. It took place in Sunnybrook Park and was a wonderful event that brought the York School community closer together with other schools in Toronto.
Twenty five schools with just under 600 runners were in attendance and everyone enjoyed the races, fall weather and camaraderie. There were several races and everyone ran hard and have a lot of fun while doing it.
Ultimately Kingsway College School came in first place with Havergal College and Toronto French School coming in second and third respectively.
A big thank you to all the faculty, students, parents and staff that made this event possible.
It was a great day and a wonderful way to celebrate another wonderful York tradition.
