Grade 6s Volunteer Time at New Circles

This week, the Grade 6s visited New Circles, a not-for profit social service agency that serves residents of Flemington Park, Thorncliffe Park and Victoria Village who need support. This is also the organization that students held a clothing drive for before the winter break. Our Grade 6 students sorted and hung clothing at the New Circles Store, GLOW (Gently Loved Outfits to Wear), and helped to put together toiletry bags for those in need. The students were so enthusiastic and eager to help. They got to see firsthand how their donations make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you again to all the students and their families for their generosity in donating gently used clothing to help others in need.
