Taste of York

Applicants to Grade 9 are invited to participate in Taste of York. Applicants spend half a day at the school meeting Grade 8 York Student Hosts, participating in mini ICE and Science and a group admission interview, and eating lunch together with other applicants and Hosts.

Taste of York is a required step in the admission process and is a unique opportunity for applicants to ask questions and experience The York School.

The York School was founded in 1965 and is the first English speaking school in Canada accredited to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) from junior kindergarten (JK) to university entrance.
