Andrea Mercer, Director of Admission Thank you for visiting the Admissions page for The York School! This time of year is an exciting and busy time for us. February is full of events to help get to know us better. From our Day Visit programme, to our final Re-Visit for Middle and Senior School students, our students, teachers and staff are all involved with giving prospective students and parents a real sense of our community.
In Admissions, we so often talk about finding the right fit. This is just as applicable for our prospective families! It can sometimes be a challenge to articulate, but you know it when you feel it. Hopefully, you start to feel it when you read our prospectus or watch the student videos on our homepage. But the best way to get a feel for The York School is to come and see us.
We are still conducting tours for most grades, so please call Julia Gordon, our Admission Assistant, to check our availability. We hope that after a visit to The York School, you will come away with an understanding of what makes this place so special.

We are fast approaching the Common Offer date of February 22nd for Grades 6-11, so if you are interested in these grades for September 2013, please contact us as soon as possible. We also have our final Activity Morning for JK to Grade 1 on February 9th. Grades 2-5 continue to be rolling admission.
