During his high school years, Dr. Greg Wells, the Academic Olympian, suffered a broken neck from an accident while swimming in the ocean. After undergoing neurosurgery, he was told by his doctor that he would never perform as an athlete again. But Wells defied these odds and went on to compete at an international level in swimming.
Dr. Wells is now an accomplished scientist, professor, athlete and coach who specializes in human performance how the human body responds to extreme conditions. He has trained world-class athletes and Olympic medalists, equipping them with the scientific secrets for optimal performance.
