The York School's Main Campus is located on the southwest corner of Yonge and Farnham Streets, two blocks south of St. Clair Avenue.  Parking at the school is limited; there is public parking on Rosehill Avenue.  The school is on the transit line between the St. Clair and Summerhill subway stations.

The York School's North Campus is located two blocks north of Davisville Avenue and one block east of Yonge Street.  The school is a short walk from the Davisville subway station.
